I am 5'7" 58kgs 31yo with two children.
I have access to a gym but due to time constraints i only manage to have time for cardio , as you can already tell i'm not in need of any weight loss

With 2 little kiddies running around what i am seeking is some home exercises for the core areas (butt,abs,thighs)

Motivation i have plenty of , just need some home exercises that produce some good results

doing it the wrong way around , cardio you can do anywhere at anytime
use the gym time for doing your weights workout and do your cardio at home.

your core muscles are your abs, obliques and back
your butt and thighs are classed as your legs.
