17 year old diet plan

hi guys i need some help on my diet i am around 5,11 6 foot and weight around 120 kg im going to start tring to eat a diet along this routine

Breakfast: 7:30
Rolled oats cooked in water and a bit of honey and a piece of whole grain bread with butter.

Lunch: 11:45
2 Whole grain bread sandwiches with roast chicken/turkey/beef or tuna with low fat cheese and salad and a apple or fruit.


After noon snack: 1:35
1Apple or yogurt or a hand full of almonds.


2 afternoon snacks: 3:30


Dinner: 6:30


im not to shoure what to eat after school beacause im usaly preaty hungry and i need something to fill me to 6:30



and for dinner there is always something made not alway health but ill just eat less portions.
 
5 11/6 foot at 120kgs are you high bf or in the lows?

I am 17 aswell.

What are your goals? to maintain, cut, bulk?

Your diet needs more protein but we'll go to that when you have given us your goals.
 
he'd need more protein even if he was a marathon runner...yeah ? Even those guys & girls need about 1g of protein per kg of LBM
 
well i want to loose atound 20 kgs i go to the gym on tuesday thursday and saturday to do weights and the other days i do 30 40 mins of cardio and i also drink protein powder after the gym.

and if you think i should have more protein should i put a scoup in to my oats in the morning
