just whipped this up with AD10 in mind so exercises are based off the 5 lifts from the comp. squats are the focus as is cleaning and pressing. The overhead on session 4 would start off as military press, doing 5 reps then upping the weight by 5kg until it turns into a push press then continuing until i max out on the heaviest weight. What do you think?

Session 1:
Squat: 5 x 5
Bench: 5 x 5
SLDL: 3 x 8
Military: 5 x 5

Session 2:
Squat: 2 x 20
Powerclean: 5 x 3
Dips: 3 x MAX

Session 3:
Squat: 8 x 2
Powerclean 5 x 3
WG pull ups: 3 x MAX

Session 4:
Overhead press: 5 x 5 x MAX
Deadlift: 5 x 3 (maybe a couple of singles as well)
Bench Press: 5 x 5
DB Rows 3 x 8 or High Pulls?

Where are the curls? :p

Looks good, though I'd either swap session 3 and 4 around or have a day's rest so that you don't get too sore from the power cleans
