Hey guys, just wondering if this is sufficient for a healthy, slow bulk and not gaining much fat.
I eat pretty much the same each day besides dinner, I just put an example in there. Some days I'll have a burger from left over beef or a chicken sandwich rather than a tuna one. Ranges from 3,000-,3600 a day. Anything I'm doing horribly wrong?
