Help on bulk diet.

Hey guys, just wondering if this is sufficient for a healthy, slow bulk and not gaining much fat.
I eat pretty much the same each day besides dinner, I just put an example in there. Some days I'll have a burger from left over beef or a chicken sandwich rather than a tuna one. Ranges from 3,000-,3600 a day. Anything I'm doing horribly wrong?

You'll find your answer in your question Alpha. If it's sufficient; you'll bulk slowly without gaining too much fat. If it's not sufficient; you increase the numbers until it becomes sufficient.

Your training will determine the muscle to fat ratio you would gain (if any, based on the sufficiency of your calorie numbers) as I've already mentioned.

Fadi.

lower your carbs, increase your fat

but that's just my sadistic mind. my diet is mostly about 10% of carbs & 40% protein

why are you worried about gaining fat ? I mean....if you know how to GAIN weight, surely you must be competent in knowing how to lose it. Sure it's not much fun dieting down, but with the extra muscle you'll gain...it'll be easier

I'm not worried about gaining too much fat. I did GOMAD for 2 months and felt like shit, though. And got a bit fat.
