right hand wrist a tad tender

gday guys im only 2 sessions into the beginner program and im finding that my right hand wrist is a tad tender to bend. it doesnt hurt just feels a bit tender. is this normal?? also my ankles are a bit tender too...

mabeys its just this new program. ill admit i havent ever worked my legs. so the squats and deads might be punishing the body parts i havent used much. as for the wrist i dont know.might tape it next session.

any thought??

HTFU!! haha, sorry but had to say it!

I wouldnt worry about taping it up, it may restrict your natural movement and put extra stress on your elbow/shoulder while doing squats etc. Id say its just tightness in your muscles not allowing the joint to move as freeley

You could always start next week on tuesday to give your body an extra day rest, I found this worked for me when my quads were smashed after the first week. The downside is you get less rest the following week but by then you will be getting more used to it
