Multi vitamins and Fish oil

Was wondering what brands of these vit's and fish oil everyone uses please?
 
Natures own multivitamin + omega 3 fish oil

Just find a decent brand, at a decent price - there is not much diff in most of these products in the market.
There are definitely some multis geared to body builders, like Universal's "Animal Pak". But, 12 tablets a day is a bit too hardcore I think. :)

I'd take 12 tablets a day if it was worth it and it wasn't $90 for only 22 days supply!!!

I use the Cenovis Mens multi from Chemist Warehouse as is the cheapest I have seen. It's only $22 for 3 months worth (or something similar). I assume the womens is similarly priced.
 
Whatever fish oil is on special at the Chemist Warehouse.
I don't use Vitamins tabs anymore.

I agree, there is no way I will take a multi when it last for only 22 days and is $90.
