hey guys, i have a rather unstable right knee, i get some sharp pain in my ACL (atleast thats where it feels like) i run 25kms a week, iv spent allot of money trying to find the right doctor to fix my wrist (took 12months of searching).

so im hoping someone can point me in the right direction in terms of surgeons or sports doctors in the south west area or Perth.

thanks, Arron

Both your knee and wrist are no good?

I bet running would certainly not be helping your knee. Have you had your knee checked?

my wrist is alot better after having my ulnar cut shorter and some tissue repaired.

iv tried having month long breaks from running and it hasn't helped, i saw Dr peter Hales in Perth (sorry if im not meant to say that) about my wrist but he doesn't do knee's.

im just looking for a recommendation i guess.

thanks

For your knee problems, has anyone that you have seen sent you for a MRI of your knee?
