hot weather and eating..

I find it hard to eat big meals in the hotter weather, anyone else?
working outside in the sun all day maybe its because im drinking about 2,5L of water over 8hrs.. would water make me feel like not eating lol??

yea hot weather does affect food habits. Water supresses appetite too.

But I guess the way to fight it and get the meals in is to eat more frequently, smaller sized meals which are more dense in calories and taste good. Homemade burgers are a good example.

Not me. I eat regardless. I do tend to eat less when I'm very tired though or immeadiately after a gut busting workout.

It doesn't seem to affect me, though I don't eat as much hot food.
