hello kimiko here i'm currently 1 month into weight training and I've started to notice that my shoulders have become a little broader, should I be alarmed or is this a normal thing?

This is normal and also a good thing really, with broader shoulders it help balance your form, in my case helps pull the illusion that my ass is smaller than it actually is :)
 
thanks , had me a little worried since noticed that my t-shirts fitted rather differently
 
It's a good thing...makes the waist appear smaller, as well as the ass!
