Hey all,

FIrstly Id like to say that im new here ;)

Ok straight to the questions:

I've decided to make some muslces, NOT like those crazy bodybuilders but i look a bit skinny so yeah, decided to make some muscles.

There are 4 things i wanna work on:

1.Biceps
2.Shoulders
3.Chest
4.Stomach (six-pack)

-for Biceps, I do lifting dumbell and some chin ups. Is this good?
-for shoulders, I do lifting dumbell to the side and probably when i can, wide pull ups? Is this good?
-for chest
I do lotsa push ups and something similar to bench press, also found something new which is dips so decided to try dips too. Is it true that when doing dips, the wider the better?
-for stomach, ive already got six pack, just wanna keep working on it.

Thanks a lot and I hope to make new friends here in this forum ;D

btw i live in Perth ahaha

welcome , iLoveSoccer

seems like you are on the right track , maybe grab yourself a barbell set and you'll be right
6packs are made in the kitchen a low fat diet

If you only work the groups you have listed, you will end up with muscular imbalances & ultimately injuries. You need to devise a full body routine, which will also target the mirror muscles that seem to be what you are concerned about.
