Cla

I'm using it at the moment while I'm on a cutting cycle. It was cheap from nutraplanet when I was making another order so I just added it in. Since I've changed my food intake and exercise program as well it's hard to tell if it has really helped by itself. But I feel it has been an effective cut with minimum muscle breakdown.

I've been using Primaforce Max Cla. I did some reading on various studies and early experiments showed it to be effective for fat loss in mice but not so much in humans. However there were more recent studies that indicated that there were benefits for humans as well. There are alot of people that seem to get behind it.

I guess it depends on what you are looking for from it. I think generally as a health supplement alone it can be quite good for you anyway.
 
3 or 4 softgels a day. Generally with meals as per the instructions on the bottle. I don't have the bottle with me so I can't tell you the breakdown.
 
I have used CLA and quite enjoyed using it. Not sure how effective it was for increased fat oxidation (the science suggests that it may be), but it is quite good for general wellbeing.

FYI, we have some dirt cheap CLA available:

CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)

It's the cheapest I've come across. Great brand with GMP seal.
 
can CLA also be taken while on a bulking diet ? i heard reviews like it actually healp with bulking at the same time keeping waistline from expanding?
any thoughts?
