Wms

Fadi

...
If you’re after an incredible pump and an ingredient that is the ultimate specialist in super fast glycogen delivery, then your one stop BOMB is spelt like this: WMS!

WMS is the immediate and 1st PWO anabolic drink I have before the 2nd PWO anabolic & anti-catabolic drink. Both are downed within 45 minutes after a brutal workout. The first drink is gone within 10 minutes after ingestion. Shower and come back for your second hit with WPI/Oatmass mix.

Add some creatine to this powerhouse then stand back and marvel at the phenomenal transformation your muscles go through in front of your very eyes.

I won’t be producing any studies or links to some super hyped up internet site or article to deliver my message to you here. Everything I’m saying here is based on my own experience with these two dynamites.

My recipe was made up of the following:

500ml water
40g WMS
2g creatine
Add flavour and sweetener as your taste buds dectate. Enjoy!

lol old news... I used to use waxy maize starch. good stuff... not to thick and artificial and you can mix it in your own proteins for flavour... though I found it was good as it dulled down the flavors of some of the really artificial tasting proteins.

Old news for some, but we have a lot of beginners here and newbies all the time.
Do you think before posting Modo.???

Pffft. If I want maize starch then I'll eat:

I think I am going to have to start an Eat Real Food movement or something. Supps, pfft.

Foods as well as supplements are nothing but tools used to help us on the path of reaching our goals; each tool has been created and designed to serve a specific purpose. At the hand of a professional, precision in choice and usage is where the heart of the matter lies.

Always leave your options wide open.

not sure your corn cobs would have the same effect, the idea behind WMS is its fast uptake to replace glycogen levels, while maize starch may come from corn, WMS doesnt come from your regular sweet corn variety in the supermarket, not to mention the fact that your regular corn cob needs to be digested aand broken down by stomach acids whereas as the high molecular weight of the powdered WMS allows for rapid absorbtion.

I would be an idiot if i said eating real food wasnt king when it comes to acheiving any goals whether it be weightloss or weight gain.
However, i do both, keeping my diet where i need it and supplementing at the the right time allows me to get gains i dont think i would get without it and to recover quicker so as my weight lifting has a lesser impact on the rest of my life(eg. not so fatigued).
As fadi said, im not producing any proof either, it does its job for me.

My PWO routine is as follows:

imediately after training - 40g WMS, 5g creatine, 5g glutamine, 2g taurine
20 mins after training - 40g WPI, and a banana or two, depending on size
within an hour of training - a meal generally consisting of chicken and veg

Shammo, I was going to ask you to add or change few things. However because you've chosen to keep it simple and basic, just as I like it, I'd like to make a suggestion if you don't mind. With the bananas you're having, could you please make them 4 and insure they have plenty of black spot on them (which indicates a higher % of glucose to fructose). Thank you for your time.

Also, thank you for your comment above.
