just a follow up to my earlier post regarding Incline Dumbbell Press

When doing incline dumbbell bench press, how steep should the angle be on the bench

45 degrees for incline chest, when you press the bar up, make sure that the bar goes straight up from the upper chest and not backwards over the face, which involves the shoulders

i will vary anywhere between 45 to 25 degrees to hit the upper pec from a slightly different angle every 4 or so weeks

45 degrees has alot of shoulder involvement. 30 degrees hits chest alot better IMO
