I just calculated today ill be eating 2892kj but i saw a site that says you need closer to 10000. What is a good average?

EDIT: thats 688.57calories... am i going to die? Ive been living of close to that for the past 3 days now :S

EDIT EDIT: I just read another article that said around 2000 for men and 2500 for males this is calories tho.

EDIT EDIT EDIT: I once ate over 15000kj and i didnt die maybe calories and kj are just as useless as BMI??? anythoughts

I've been as high as 3500cals when bulking but I no longer consume that many calories asbeing bulky is no longer my prfered body shape. I stick around the 2800 and go as low as 2200 when i want to shed a kilo or 2, When I drop to 2220cals i stop all cardio as preserving muscle then becomes priority when on calorie deficit.

I need 3000 calories to 4000 calories just not to lose weight.

Yep, but you need to spread it over 8 meals roughly every 2.5 hrs and you need to eat clean or he fat will pile on.
