Is this ok for bread or is it really really unhealthy?

For bread for one sandwich...

158 serving size in grams
1920 energy kj grams
18.4 protein grams
9.8 fat grams
4.8 saturated fat grams
69.8 carbs grams

4.4 fibre grams

There is a bread with 1600 kj of energy do you think its worth switching it doesnt seem like a huge amount???
 
bread, pasta, rice. its all healthy, dont let anyone else tell you otherwise.

eating carbs doesnt make you fat, over eating anything makes you fat.

eat it appropriately, assuming its wholemeal.

and what kind of bread has 460calories per serving?!?!, 2 slices of bread usually has like 140.
 
Buddy, he's 130kg he really needs to drop processed foods for a while... long while.
 
Yeah I changed my diet alot and I was closer to 146-7kg.

Although I havent weighed myself for a long time because id rather now my BF% rather than my weight.

The bread was the bread you get from subway in a subway sandwich i love those things.
 
Pumpkin seed bread is win. Has a stack of protein.

Or rye. Slow release carbs. Good in the morning.

That said I don't eat much bread.
