Hi all ,

Just wondering what you all think are usefull training aids.
I was chatting to a guy at gym tonight and he swears by his wrist wraps, so might get a set as I have a dodgy left wrist,.

And want a decent dip belt, rope digs in way too much with a 20 hanging on it.

I used to wear gloves but havent for ages and havent really needed them for ages, occ the bar get slippery, however, so might take em along incase.

What else do you find usefull.

I use a weight belt only when squatting heavy and wrist straps for heavy deads and shrug so my grip doesn't fail before failure is reached.

Wrist hooks for my Hack Squats and Shrugs, I Always wear gloves because my palms get sweaty as!

Swear by lifting hooks and gloves. Have started doing kettle bell work, and wrist straps/sweat bands stop me getting bruises.
