after getting sick of going to the gym, I decided to invest in a bench and weights.

So now I have got myself a bench, some free weights, large bar for the bench and two smaller bars.

But I found out that I have limited myself with the amount of exercises that I can do with the weights.

I was wondering if i could get some help on the range of lifts I could do with what i have . and if possible could you Split it up into arms and chest (day 1), back and tris (day 2). So far the exercises I have been doing :

- Military Press
- Raised Dumbells while sitting on bench
- Bench Press
- Barbell Curls
- Shoulder Shrugs etc
can anyone give me some more ideas of what i could do

thanks in advance

bent over barbell and dumbell rows (particularly dumbell and barbell with hands up) are a firm fave of mine for back that you can do with your stuff. squats are gonna be a hard one... but deadlifts you forgot

Hugh,
Good luck with the home gym ;D. I decided that I could not afford the time and or the money to go to the gym, so I converted half of my garage into a gym.
Grab some dumbbells, and then you can do bicep curls, hammer curls etc., tricep work etc.

Can your bench be inclined? if so you can do bench and incline press', with the dumbells you can do fly's on the bench.
