Big thank you to user Shrek for recommending it to me!
I just had my first session back since the crash.
Although I did everything light-ish, I could still notice me powering through my normal threshold.
Hit up the bike to warm up for 10 minutes.
Deadlifts
squats
bent over rows
chest press
pull downs
curls
press downs
then a half hour on the treadmill, 8km/hr with varying inclines every minute (hills program on the machine)
I just took 1 of the tablets. Talk about an energy boost and focus!!!!
Can't wait to hit them up again with the next workout.
I think I'll even use them before straight cardio sessions.
