Does anyone take anything before cardio like creatine etc

Would taking creatine help recover much? I want to lift weights but do cardio also as i havent been cardioing it up much.
 
Creatine should be taken everyday weather you are doing weights, cardio or resting.

I take Aminos before and after cardio.
 
So is it better to take creatinine before or after workout.. I always thought before, but was told different tonight and want to be sure.
 
I dont think it matters, as it builds up slowly in your system and hangs around a bit. Its not like protien that when you take it its either used or excreated.
 
Creatine can be taken anytime of day, it's saturation you are after not a quick burst of energy or replenishment.
