Have just gone through a house move and a big Christmas so I am on a tight budget for a bit.
Ive had to settle for the Aussie Bodies "Protein Boost" shake sold in the supermarket.
Im mixing this with Full cream milk powder to hopefully up the protein content.

I have no appetite in the mornings so I have one in the morning with my coffee, and one after my workout (In afternoons after work, but before dinner)

And in another container mixing the two with fast oats to have during work. A light lunch consisting of simply nutra grain. Anything more then that and I get tired and lathargic after lunch. As a tradesmen In a crew I dont have time to have 2-3 meals during work hours so I feel these porrage type shakes help.

At night I have a normal dinner Meat, veg, etc.
But no shake before bed as I feel eating anything before bed, gives me a shit sleep.

Any opinions are good, btu please remember the tight budget,
thanks guys.

Can i suggest if you are on a tight budget the last place to buy protein ia a supermarket, and Aussies Bodies erk!!

Try the site sponsors on some of the links in the other thread for cheaper costing protein.
If you struggle for appetite in nthe morning then you need to build your appetite by having a small meal with your shake and gradually increase the size of the meal and reducing your shake. Have a low sugar cereal or oats with a few eggs.

When you say "erk" do you mean taste or quality or both?
