Is Gen Tec Pure Carbs the same as Dextrose? I was going to buy some dextrose to put in my post work out shake although I already have Gen Tec Pure Carbs?

Just go to Big W or Woolies to but dextrose for a few $$$
Or if you must have maltodextrin go to a home brew shop and buy it there for about $3-4 per KG.
Use up the stuff you have and then save your $$$ from then on in
