new protein

It's a lot. My whey has .3g fat per serving (.09% total fat), this has 2.5g per serving which is 8.3% total fat.

So doesn't look like this whey is refined that well.
 
i can deal with 2.5grams, easy dont have that extra cup off coffee a day. i cant afford much more than that on my wage so impritty happy with it for now
 
I don't drink coffee and I try to keep fat intake down when I'm on the right diet (at the moment I've just finished a xmas binge so I've had a bad hit to my bodyfat % over the last week :p)

Just saying there could be better alternatives, although this gives good bang per buck if you don't mind the extra fat.
 
Yep Ive been using MRM and had some great results. Correct me if i'm wrong, but its higher Carb content is because its a shake that you can take for breakfast/arvo to last until your next meal. Probably not the best for an after work out supplement, But great for when you get abit hungry through the day. It mixes very very well and is one of the better tasting ones.

glad to hear someone is useing it, it will be fine for an afterworkout as you need some fast digesting carbs after a workout, i take 2 serves after a work out(44g protein and 6 carbs) but u need more carbs than that so i usally have a piece of fruit or toast
