Deadlifts !!!

Just did some heavy trap bar deads last night and my back is aching already, all through the mid back and upper back.

Other parts of bdy are aching too.

Deadlifts hit more bodyparts than any other exercise.
 
Oh yeah, that's when they use all momentum and end up using the font delts..gotcha.

Squats would have to be the hardest compound exercise, followed by the dead lift. Just finished my 'leg day' which near destroyed me.
 
Bench press, pectorials are a large muscle group.
Delts and triceps also get worked hard, plus other supporting muscles.
