what protein is best on the market?
how many a day do people take?

I like Horley's ice, lot of footy players on it. Strawberry flavour is like nesquik (awesome!)

Get WPI, it's more expensive but higher protein content than WPC.

That said they're all pretty much the same, just find one that tastes good.

Horley's Ice is very expensive (too expensive)
The board sponsor has some good protein or search the supp section I have posted some links before.

Why do you need the best?
The 20th best protein is probably only a couple percent off the best.
There are hundreds available in different mixes and brands.
I like ON for Taste, price and quality, it's probably not the absolute best though.

Some people take a protein shake every 2 or 3 days, some take 10 a day, maybe more.
Why does it matter though?
There are some very sucessful bodybuiders who take no protein shakes and some who take excess, so what does that mean to you?

Do what works for you and your diet and needs.

Theres nothing special about protein shakes that will make you grow super fast if you drink a few. its just like any other source of protein - chicken, steak, fish etc. Its more important to focus on the diet per day as a whole and making sure your getting protein with each meal. If its too time consuming to cook and eat real meat, thats where protein shakes come in.

I find Optimum Nutrition is a good one also.
