I'm wondering if any of you are making your own Super Shakes by mixing different supps?
If you are how about sharing.....?

By share, I mean how about posting the ingredients and measurements.....

I make these shakes in the morning when I want to hit the road early.

3 tablespoons egg white powder (you can use vanilla or unflavoured whey)
1/2 cup oats
1 banana or 2 if they are small
200gms plain yoghurt
1 tablespoon physilium husks (optional)
10gms glutamine (optional)
Honey to taste
600ml water

Blend untll smooth

How about any home made shakes??????

like bananas, skim milk and protein powder....

Anyone?????
