A little over a month ago i fell off my bike on my fall i think i twisted my knee , nothing broken just a bit of muscle injury which made my knee swell up a bit. I brought one of those compression knee brace things which helps. Does anyone know of any excercises that can help with my knee
Thanks

The knee's are joint so there is no real muscle to build up around them , what you can do is strengthen the muscles around the knee like the quadriceps and hamstrings exercises like squats and lunges would help

While your knee is injured it might not be a good idea to put it under too much strain and pressure

Some Glucosamine might also help

If pain persists consult a doctor

dont squat and dont lunge worst thing you could do

leg press focus on the tracking of the knee and light weight high rep and go to a physio

Definitely see a physio, they can give your more expert advice than us. Not meaning to insult other forum members, but a physio will be able to examine the knee and make a proper diagnosis and recommendation, and we can't do that!

Talking from experience, get it checked ASAP.
Do not do squats.Depending on the discomfort levels it limits the exercises you can and/or should do.
The knee is the most poorly designed joint in the body and needs to be taken care of.
