Does anyone know any good exercises for wrists and forearm growth?

tie a rope to a weight and the other end to a short broomstick handle and roll it up

wrap a towel around a heavy dumbbell and see if you can increase the time you can hold on to it.

Forearm work will compromise any pulling exercises

incase you don't know what a farm walk is
Farmers Walks.: Grab a pair of dumbbells. Pick a spot in the gym and walk there and back, choose a weight that only allows you to walk for about 30 to 70 seconds
