2 tables spoons chopped onion
olive oil
2-3 cans tuna
Crackers
1-2 egg(s)

1. Sautee 2 tablespoons chopped onions in oil
2. beat egg in a large bowl
3. scoop tuna into egg
4. crush 1 or 2 handfuls of crackers into bowl
(it's important to make sure they're mashed up good into tiny crumbs)
5. stir together well
6. scoop the sauteed onions into the mixture then stir well
7. form into palm sized patties and grill each side till it holds together well and the side is hard to the touch.
 
1 can of Tuna
2 eggs
salad
boil the eggs and mix it with Tuna and salad
