Peanut Butter and Oatmeal Shake

NO PROTEIN POWDER REQUIRED
1 ½ cups skimmed milk
1 tbsp of natural peanut butter
½ cup dry rolled oats
1 whole egg
3 egg whites
cinnamon

This recipe is a useful one to know when you have forgotten to stock up on your protein powder
The shake is high enough in protein thanks to the 1 and a half cups of skimmed milk, half cup of oats and all the eggs.

A little tip- you can blend the oats first so that they are properly mixed in your finished shake. The problem with using oats in your shakes is that if they are not blended enough, you feel more like you are 'eating' instead of 'drinking'. Also, you will end up with bits of oats in the bottom of your glass and your blender.
