How to Create Your Online Training Log on Ausbb - Australain Bodybuilding?

  • Click here to start your training log.
  • Enter in the subject line: your username Training Log.
  • Post your personal stats: gender, age, height, body-weight, body fat.
  • Post your strength stats: squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press, pull-ups, chin-ups.
  • Post a picture or pictures
  • Post your goals: what do you want to achieve
  • Post your training program & diet
  • Post some info on your background: why did you start lifting,

Absolutely no abuse of people will be tolerated, if what you think they lift is light or how far they run is short, then keep it yourself, sure offer constructive critism but running people down and general negativity won't be tolerated here.
