best multi and fishoil in australia?

Hey,

I need to buy some multi v's and some fishoil.

What are the best products sold in aus?

best place and cheapest to buy from?
 
I use GNC ulta mega old multi V, bought from GNC store. I use Omega3 MAX fish oil, you can buy it from health food store or pharmacy. Seems to be working fine with me. Not too expensive either, and its easy to get your hands on.
 
blackmores sustained release multi and blackmores fish oil one a day (double strength) although i still take 6 a day
 
You'll find 99% of the fish oil has the same profile, probably all made in the same lab and sold of to the vit companies. just search for the cheapest. i get 400 tabs for about $14
