For mass building

Musashi -
per 60g serve -
27g protein, 24g carbs

Horleys - (already know Shrek's views) =p
per 75g serve
26g protein, 35g carbs

Leaning toward Musashi because of value for money, but whats better for mass building? more carbs then protein? or less?

If you are going to take either of those supplements for mass gain, I think the most important factor would be.....

..............which one tastes better?

Also, I'd go for more protein over carbs.
Carbs are cheap, what's a 500gram bag of oats cost, $1.00 ?
Thow a 100grams in your shake with milk, that'll bump up your carbs plenty.

So I don't see why not just get some good whey protein and add the carbs yourself. Alot of the carbs in those weight gainers are sugar anyway.

lol thanks hulk, what protein supplement you reccommend then?

I wouldn't buy either.
Buy plain unfavoured WPC and add oats and or bananas for flavour. Like Hulk said oats are so cheap and are a better carb source then the cheap fillers they use in those weight gainers usually Maltodextrin.
