My sport is weightlifting! Not real weightlifting, weight training to be exact
 
middle distance runner (800m/1500m)
Little or no weight training other than swiss ball body weight training for core stability.

Morning - one teaspoon of L-Glutamine, one Tribilius tablet, one 500mg Vit C
Lunch - one Tribilius tablet, maybe one teaspoon of L-Glutamine
Pre-training - one cup of extra potent JavaFit coffee, some HMB (one teaspoon) and subject to intensity one teaspoon of creatine.
Post-Workout - L-Glutamine and maybe creatine
Dinner- Tribilius tablet.
Bed - Maybe a multi-vitamin, Vit C tablet and teaspoon of L-Glutamine.

Glutamine is taken for general well-being/immunity and muscle recovery. Tribilius as a metabolism booster and increase hormone output. HMB as a muscle worker and fat metaboliser.
 
Be careful with Trib benny - 2 mates of mine had trouble with erections due to the increase in test required to be in essence, switched on.

On the note of supps:

Whey
Creatine (every now & again, I must have naturally high creatine levels as it doesn't do that much in the volumizing aspect)
Omegas
Multi
 
Well I will go away and do some research but as far as I am aware there are no side effects of Tribilius taking. Mind you I take the recommended dosage.

I use the Redback one, which is Aust. made. They also do powders and other stuff.

I use the Tribilius for stamina in running (and not erection problems ). It has the effect of purportedly being a libido enchancer and mild aphrodesiac. The fellow I purchased it from indictaed that if you are using it as a "herbal viagra" or sexual dsyfunction, people under 35-40 will not notice much difference. It's main benefit is for people over 40 who have erectile or low sperm count issues.

However I have found a slight increase in my libido (not that it gets much use ). Stamina wise can't really tell - I think it mainly used as a muscle building herb rather than stamina. I also take it as I believe it increase the metabolism (but again not by much).

Interesting L-Glutamine is also used for sexual enhancement - viagra is generally derived from L-Glutamine in regards to the nitric oxide effect. I have found the Glutamine helpful in recovery sessions, particular when combined with creatine.

Edit: Forgot to add re: the above topic - Tribilius can come by itself (moderately rare), with some zinc (slightly more common) and with zinc, horny goat weed and one or two other herbs (common). The bodybuilders tend to try and go for the first two, but most brands seem to have the last combo. I tried Bio-Organics which is No.2 (a bit of zinc) - it seemed okay. Reback is like No.3 with the other stuff.

My current stack is:

Morning: Protein Shake (preferably a 'sustained release' one) with added Creatine, and a Multi-Vitamin
Pre Workout: NO-Shotgun (previously tried 'NO-Xplode', but felt like a change)
During Workout: Size-On, and lots of water
Post-Workout: Whey Protein with added Creatine
Before Bed: 'SecretaGH' to help me sleep (and kick my GH production up a notch)
 
Was on:
Hydroxycut Hardcore
Now using:
Effervescent Creatine
ION Exchange Protein - WPI
 
Im currently using BSN N.O-xplode mixed with Top Nutrition performance creatine before workouts and Max's hydroxy phase + after workouts and before bed. Other than that im just eating lots.
It seems to be going pretty well.
 
Never stacked much before but time to get a little serious. Any advice will be nice.Would really like to know What sort of cycle to take with all this. Training 6 days per week 1 rest day and doing all body parts 3 times per week. Cheers

For 5 weeks only with intense workout.

Ive just tried and finished an MRM whey powder. Will defiantely be buying this one again (unless someone can tell me otherwise) but will be trying a creatine for the 1st time. I'm also on Multi Vitamins and calcium and pop a garlic and mint tablet down to keep up the immune system.

what would you guys recommend for a 1st time creatine user?

Good Lad. Use 5gms per day before or after workout or split the dose. On non-workout days you can take your 5gms anytime. In the morning is good.
