hay fellas im lookin at puttin on sum killos of muscle and jus wondering wat wud be most effective supplements to take and when to take and how often i should take them....

also wondering if any of these tablet type supplements work such as testOroid, androbolan and colostroid? and if there is any side effects to them..

also i dont know much about supplements and that so no criticising please.

Good diet. Eat LOTS but make it all good food. Work out properly and make sure you have good recovery periods. when you are working out properly your recovery is just as, if not more important to your bulking.

Try that for 3 months, if you haven't bulked up then try supplements.
You could add a protein shake and creatine to your routine though.
 
Please stay away from those supps you just mentioned, they really don't work. Try some creatine mon 5gms per day after workout.
