Newbie wanting to start using weights.

Hi there, abby here
a little about myself I'm 5'5 and my weight fluctuates between 45kg-55kg and I am relatively unfit

Any input would be really really appreciated thank you. I can't afford anything over £20 because I'm a poor little student haha, so I know that limits the quality/variety.

I want to start using dumbells along with my exercise ball to tone up around my stomach, thighs, and upper arms.

I've been looking around for a starting set of dumbells but I can't find anywhere what sort of weight I should be looking for.

first off , stay clear of those purlple paper weights , they aren't of much use
your best off getting a set of adjustable dumbells , they'll come with a range of plates from 1/2kg upto 4-5kg , so you can easily up the weightage when the times comes
