Hi and thanks for the warm welcome.

I have been doing weight training on/off for the past 7 years, but only since May 2007 have I started to really get into it.

I'm now training 5 days a week, weekends off. My weight prior to full-time gym training was 91kg, waist 38" and bf 20%.

I'm now at 87kg, waist 34" and bf down to 15%.

I am concentrating on strength and reducing my fat. I have also dabbled in quite a number of supplements, and different training methods.

Feel free to ask me any question, and I'll try to assist. Still need to improve a lot, but love the feeling of heavy training with great pumps, and most importantly, great results. My best advice is to keep training, don't make excuses, and watch your diet. Focus on your effort, and little effort means little results. Put in your max and you should see gains within 2-3 mths minimum.
