feeling sick

does anyone ever start feeling a little sick in the middle of your work out?

my last few workouts i have started feeling sick , but can't figure out what might be causing it
 
on my last workout when about an an hour before I had some yogurt and almonds. I ate plenty the whole day, and had drank a minimum 1 liter of water.

just taking a guess I think I may have pushed myself too hard.
 
well the weather has been rather of later , so a combination of the heat and pushing yourself too hard might be the problem
