newbie needs weight lifting advice

hi guys
New to Ausbb, so for my first post a question
for the last 6months I've been lifting 15kg dumb bells at home, my arms are or should i say were geting bigger but have now got to the point where they seem to stay the same,

I don't really have the time to hit the gym,so can anyone give a bit of advice to help me gain mass muscule,
i just want to look bigger and feel stronger.im 23 5ft7 nearly 63kg
 
Welcome to the site mate.
first if your diet aint right your not gonna grow.

And if you want to get bigger your gonna have to lift heavier, so at some point you will need to go the gym or buy heavier dumbells for use at home.
