Is it just me???

Sometimes after lifting weights I get this incredible surge of energy. is it just me or does anyone else feel like that?
for example after yesterdays workout when I finished I felt like I was going to explode. I jumped on the elliptical and went at breakneck speed felt like i was breaking the land speed record lol

Does anyone else get this? Am I messing up my muscle gains by doing that right after the w/out?

it's your body giving you a natural high , while exercising your body releases hormones called endomorphines which increases your feeling of well being

Just thought would push this topic back to the top...

:D I don't know if it messes up your muscles, but I have to agree with you allie!!!

After sessions my trainer has worked pretty hard with me on (& amazingly I make it through without having a 'princess-fit'), I feel like I can take on the entire world with one hand .

But...
I usually find within an hour or 2 I will suffer a 'crash' of sorts if I don't follow my workout with a protein shake or similar supplement.

Hope that helps
Anyone else got anything to add to such a positive thread?
