Leftover ice-cube trick

These always seems to be some left-over wine not enough for a glass . Rather than throwing it out, freeze it in an ice-cube tray! Why? Because the next time you need a little wine in a dish, you just add the "wine-cube" and presto, wine taste in the dish without opening a new bottle!

This works for red and white wines by the way, and any other little leftover drop of other things too.

Tip of the day folks!

Just the tip El Testicle; :)

I don't understand why you just can't leave the wine in the bottle then use it when required for your cooking.

This tip certainty sux
