On Monday I began a full body workout (used to do upper/lower split). Yesterday I didn't train, and now today is Wednesday and I am sore. I was going to do Mon-Wed-Fri, but should I still train today?
 
If you're just sore, it's not a big deal. If you're crippled over in pain just trying to walk, you might want to wait another day.
