Sorry for the stupid question, but how do we find out what program is best for us? I want to be more fit and tone up, im 19, 6"1 and 88kg

Generally when you sign up with the gym you'll have 1 lesson with a personal trainer, who will tailor a plan to suit you.

Any exercise is good exercise. A Personal Trainer at the gym can be full of shit or know their stuff . The internet has a great range of exercise routines, ranging from muscles to cardio to whatever suits your needs.
