Is this something that is suppose to happen or am i accidently hitting 1 side to hard?

I'm normally do crunches and some decline situps and i've noticed that my abs are uneven

one side looks bigger than the other. is this something i should consider a problem and if so how should i make sure i hit both sides equally

thanks in advance guys!

first time i have heard of that happening with the abs

the only thing I can suggest is that when you're doing incline situps throw in a a twist at the top and alternate sides. This will work your obliques as well.

The only way I can i think of how this would happen is if you just did situps with a twist to one side only
