When do you take your protein?

as the title suggests , just seeing what times everyone takes their protein
for me its 11.30 on non training days and 4.30 on training days after training and before bed
 
I have it as soon as i wake up, because that's when I am at the lowest on protein and need a top - up.

i then have some pre workout - which is around 5pm and then before bed

(There is alot of research done that shows protein is much more effective pre workout rather than post workout.)
 
I have a scoop of protein on my oats for breakfast, and a scoop after training, and maybe sometimes before bed.
