Will eating creatine give u better and faster results compared to eating protein in foods ? or should i eat both on a regular basis?

And what is a really good source of creatine and how much should i eat daily, is it like eating 1g of protein per bodyweight daily?

thanks

Well protein is a must, where as creatine as a supplement isnt needed . You dont need to take a protein supllements all you bneed to do is eat more protein it is essential to any good routine for building muscle.

Get a good diet and routine down before worrying abour creaine

I agree with rum - Creatine will help increase your muscle mass.. it's probably one of the supplements that the most study has been done on. However, without correct diet and routine outside of taking creatine you probably aren't going to get too far.

When you do decide to add it to your regime, generally you'll start with 5g of Creatine monohydrate 5 times a day for 5 or 6 days. This is called "creatine loading". Once you are "loaded" you only need about 5g per day to maintain.

You can buy creatine monohydrate
