Daytime Office Job & Working Out

I like to train in the afternoons. I hate rushing my self out of the gym to work in the mornings. I like to take it slowly, warm up, focus on my work out and stretch for at least 15 min afterward my work out .

but i find that i am dragging myself off to the gym at 17:00-18:00 after 9.5 hr in front of a computer screen.
To help combat this i found a gym within 10 minutes walk from work. which allows me to start my work out at 16:30 when I'm less tired.

Does anyone else here have an office job that makes you sit most hours of the day? There are days that I feel my whole body hurt because I don’t move…
How do you handle an office job and a goodtraining program?

weight training at 6am? i have enough trouble waking up early for work

I have a job that I sit most of the day. Going to they gym after sitting all day makes me feel better actually. I'm not a morning person at all and I already have to get up at 5AM for work so I refuse to get up at 3AM to go workout.
