This forum was made specifically for female members of Ausbb to discuss fitness fitness topics. As we all know, men and women are very different physically. Because of these differences and because of popular demand from the female members of Ausbb , I have decided to create a forum for our female members so they have a place to get targeted information that maybe more applicable to them.

Although this forum was made specifically for women, everyone is allowed to post and share their advice as long as it is related to female fitness.

For the male members who might post in this area please respect the topics and show your maturity, Asking specific questions from a female point of view is fine, coming in here looking for dates is frowned upon.

Seriously, we need more female action here pronto. This is perplexing me to the max, man!

What's the go anyways, like where do all the cardio bunnies and yummy milfs hang out online? Surely they want to discuss at length about toning their ass, tuck shop arms or some other shit - as well as posting top progress pics. So do they have a secret place or what.
 
When they rock up they get accused of being trolls or another member or asked for pic straight away of some other shit and they go away....
