Most of it is pending my injured shoulder so still unsure exactly.

272.5kg deadlift would be nice though :)

No time frame but get my squat back over 150. Bloody hip is pissing me off. Maybe by April / May if I can push through the pain.

jeez, I still don't have the all clear to go back into the gym.

will be a slow road back to fitness for me so not yet sure what my 2015 goals are. not even sure if I'll return to training again for the long term.
will see how I go until Feb and then assess.

hopefully can join in then!

nice to see it's on again :)

Good idea mack

Me
Get some fkn arms and shoulders

Squat 200 in wraps n belt, current is 150x2 raw raw
Bench 140, current is 110
Deadlift 250+, current is 215x3
OHP 2 plates

I'll be over 100 kilos by the end. Hopefully I can keep below 20%bf

Bench will be the hardest

OP Updated.

No worries CCM, if & when you get the all clear to return then let us know and I'll add to the OP.

I think not getting an injury between now and March would be a good goal.....rolled my ankle at basketball about 2 and a bit weeks ago.
At least I can do upper body still

I think I'll be good for a 300kg deadlift and 80kg body weight with sub 8% fat
