Ehh, if you are drinking sub-$20 plonk I guess the advice isn't too bad. Invariably red wines in Australia are served too warm in summer, just put the bottle in the fridge for 15min tho, its not rocket science :p

NB: Really good sparkling should not be served frosty cold as per the advice above. Also don't ever put it in a champagne flute, fuck champagne flutes, cant taste or smell shit.
 
Can't remember the last time I drank wine. Must try some and see what all the fuss is about.
